Other than tossed salads (not sure what they are??) you can literally buy everything you've listed still.

Kia Ora is still available as a squash, you can still get Um Bongo, Vitalite is in most supermarkets, Dream Topping is now made by Birds, Blancmange is still available online if you want and the chocolate sauce (Ice Magic) is now called Crackin', and you can get it in the bigger Supermarkets.

You can definitely get some of this.

Fray Bentos has a massive range and the drinks are all still in the drink aisle in tesco.

Vitalite doesn't look like it used to so easily missed. Vesta still exists but not sure people care for a branded instant meal over a supermarket own?

I used to get through these at a rapid rate. I was gutted when they were discontinued.

Even if they are available who buys it?

I used to love umbongo not seen it anywhere in years (but not actively looking)

My point wasn't that they are no longer available but things that it felt like every family had but now I can't see anyone eating

Like tapioca and semolina

Tossed was to us Lettuice, cucumber slices diced big tomatoes sliced egg tossed in salad cream usually in a Sunday night watching last of the summer wine or antiques roadshow

Drift bars
Trio bars
Those sweets that were like fruit pastels, but without the sugar coating

When I think back to some of the staple lunch or dinners we used to have.....

Toast Toppers
Findus Crispy Pancakes
Vesta Beef Curry
...and a nice dripping bread cake for brecky

I'm hoping I've progressed somewhat, nutritionally!

I remember they did cheese & ham crispy pancakes, we used to have them as sandwich fillers, my wife was horrified when she found out

We have vienetta regularly...my father & son are both coeliacs and this is gluten free. Plus, it's bloody good value and tastes nice. Happy days!

God, I remember that stuff. Sunday lunch at home - dessert was some Walls vanilla ice cream out of a tub, with some Ice Magic on top.....

OP - there's nothing wrong with Corned Beef in a tin. How else do you get a nice, chunky block of the stuff after it being in the fridge for a day or two? yum
