At the moment, peanut butter w'out Marge.
Before that, choccy spread Ditto
Also like raspberry jam, marmite, marmalade.
Poached eggs are good at lunchtime, w tinned tomatoes. Or pilchards or baked beans.
Maybe some sort of cheese, cheddar or red Leicester w Worcester sauce.
Or them little tins of gak, 'toast toppers'
I love toast.

All of the above. Why would you put marge on before peanut butter? You're putting butter on anyway! Or is Marge a lady friend? hehe

Just butter.

Or butter and raspberry jam.

Or butter and marmite.

Or cheese.

Toast is bloody brilliant.

Just good quality butter. Other toppings are great, but for my money nothing beats a nice slice of hot buttered toast.

Very similar, warm baked beans with an egg (or 2) in the mix served over toasted and buttered wholemeal bread with a slice of cheese in the middle, simply delicious yum

I think that could probably do with a bit more salt.
