But I have also put a photo in the lounge (life has been draining) as there is a face in the pastry where I put the gelatin in. I have now named it Spooky Pie.

There is no way of looking inside to see if it is OK until boxing night (party).
Pork layered with Chicken breast, topped with pork. Question is, should I add cranberries to the top? (and would whoever it is in the middle object?)

I am from Melton Mowbray. You cannot have made a "real" pork pie! A mere imitation at best!
Anyway enjoy.

I made one last week, and will be making another for boxing day. I use a left over ham joint and chicken, for the topping I used : some whole stoned prunes, and a few cranberries reduced with brown sugar, port, raspberry wine vinegar, cinnamon and a splash of water.

Your pastry looks good, mine had a hole in the side and all the gelatin leaked everywhere when I filled it biggrin

Your statement is factually incorrect. The best pork pies originate in Yorkshire.
