Braising Steak

So i've got some braising steak in the fridge at home. I could do the usual beef in red wine or beef stew but this is getting a bit repetitive!

Any other ideas?

I have a pot of beef rendang paste of bought when I was in Holland over the summer so I could use this.

Chinese crispy beef? Or, you could do a really nice Moroccon style beef tagine.

If I have braising steak I usually make a a Bourguinon but that might be too similar to your stew.
