what sauces do you like to put on what foods?

I like to put hot pepper sauce on roasted veg and cook with it on, i like to put sweet chilli sauce on roast potatoes/chips and cook with it on.

Any nice sauces you put on certain foods and cook them in it? To enhance flavour
