Hi all

Newbie cook - I have 4 good sized chicken legs. What is the easiest tastiest way to cook these? I know I could google it and I have....but every time I have had a bit of advice from foodies in here it has always turned out great.

So pour over a tin or tomato sauce cover and bung in oven....easy as that do you think?

Cheers

Roast them with some olive oil, herbs and a bit of salt and pepper. Crispy skin is the nicest bit of a chicken leg for me.
Alternatively, Coq au vin.

Add herbs/spices for flavour, otherwise too bland.
Should taste great oven-roasted with potatoes etc.

You might need to separate the thighs & drumsticks to cook in the time suggested.
