I dispute that there is anything "best" about Baileys, no matter when you drink it.

At least it should be old recipe and have whiskey in it and not grain spirit or what ever they us now

the aftermath, a bottle out of date is not a good idea..

I've drunk Baileys that's a year or two out of date before with no ill effects
