This, morning after takeaway or the Bloody Mary & some appropriate early morning activity. These are the man's breakfast, not museli sent through a slightly more forgiving machine.


That brekkie lacks sauce & fried bread and/or toast though. Sausages look a bit skinny as well .

Never seen hash browns that looked like that before. I was thinking it looked like fried porridge, or Grits if you wanted to keep with the American angle.

When I was in America at a hotel I was asked if I wanted hash brown.

What arrived looked like that not the dried out triangles we get over here left under a heating plate for 3 hours.

Lived in the US for many years and have seen many variations of Hash Browns (Waffle House S,S,C still the best), but never anything like pictured above.
