Gentlemen.....start your Potjiekos

Started mine at 1400hrs
Beef, onion, carrots, potatoes, red wine, garlic so far.



Also had to make room in the freezer so the Ribs need cooking, even I won't use the smoker in this weather so I'll try them in the oven for the first time.

It's a New Home 8 burner(2 more under the hotplate), 3 ovens 1 with grill, great bit of kit. The main oven has a thermostat prob in that it is always on at a very low temp, I use it to warm plates but need to gt it fixed soon.(oh, food looks good too ! )
The meal was terrific, I have just finished off the leftovers as a thick soup....yum.
The Potjie and my Webber are my favorite methods of cooking.
