Non-gastro types, (please mods, leave it where the gastro-plebs are!), what are you munching for lunch? As I'm home, I made a rather yummy, yet chavlike toasty thing, with cheese, onion, and some kufta, and I even made a salad with my left over veg.

Also had a nice cold glass of Boliarka.

One of the mightiest sarnie's possible today - ham and coleslaw. And taking the healthy option today with fruit also.

Need to make up for yesterday's badness - Sausage and cheese baguette for breakfast, burger for dinner and then steak and chips for tea. Gave me plenty of energy for the gym last night though hehe

I've had an apple frown

All whilst being pressured to change the venue for a family meal next month, from the new BBQ place in Chester, to somewhere more "upmarket" and "special" rolleyes

Chicken and chorizo pasty from the new 'pie man' who comes to the office with his wares, very tasty indeed!

I don't think you can blame pregnancy on a sandwich.
