Heard this today on the news.

Chillis have been lauded as good for our health for years. Mind you, tucking into an big oily curry will do you know good! hehe

Chillies are packed with goodness. 100 grammes will give you over 200% RDA Vitamin C, more than 1/3 RDA vit B/6, around 1/3 RDA vit A, 13% RDA iron, 13-14% RDA iron and over 5% RDA potassium. There is strong evidence to suggest they can help relieve arthritic pain and will help reduce cholestrol.
So, packed with goodies and anti-oxidants AND taste bloody good.What more do we need?

Thai, Vietnamese or Indian. Cooked from scratch with fresh ingredients. Mmmmmmm..

Interesting about 100g of chilis though a bit on the spicy side if you use that much scotch bonnet. furious

Scotch Bonnet has slightly less as it isn't as fleshy as some others, but all chillies are extremely good for you. Even dried ones don't still retain vits better than a lot of other fresh fruits.

The biggest problem I see is that (also according to the Daily Mail) chillis both prevent and cause cancer.
