Weymouth - Kid Friendly Chain Restaurant
Discussion
As per title, going there for a couple of days, 4 year olds birthday so want to eat out one evening, eldest has severe food allergies, so chains tend to be more reliable regarding allergens. Checked the usual, Las Iguanas, Frankie and Bennys and TGIs, but most chains have nearest branch in Poole, so any ideas welcomed.

PS He is allergic to milk and egg so Pizza/Pasta joints tend to be off limits as a rule

Can't help with restaurant's but my 9 year old son also has milk and egg allergies. It's a big pain in the arse. When I was on holiday in Italy a few years ago we really struggled in restaurants and got him a pizza with no cheese. Not sure if it's just him but he really loves pizza with no cheese we just add mushrooms, ham etc. He loves hand-made ones but can also eat Pizza hut and Domino's pizza. He was getting really board of eating meat and chips all the time on holiday.
Pub food but really very good, great area for a walk afterwards too.

Eta: forgot about the chain rule, not much decent in Weymouth other than the whitbread, weatherspoons or spirit pubs!

Pizza Hut and Dominoes, really? Coo, will have a look. It is very difficult eating out, luckily, even tho he is only 6, he shares my love of a decent steak and chips which at a decent grill is a safe bet. Its the mayo that gets in the way all the time, oh and cross contamination from cheese which is why tgis is no use!I know! I know!
Try http://www.thestabledorset.co.uk/ i go to the one in Bridport all the time and its perfect for kids (and dogs for that matter!)
Home made pizza, with customisations for kiddies a definite possibility, and a great selection of ciders (other drinks are available).
A bridport blaster and a couple of pints of Lyme Bay medium scrumpy out of the barrel and that's my afternoon sorted!
Apparently the sea view from the terrace is ace too!
