McVities Chocolate Digestives - Has the recipe changed?

I bought a pack of Dark Chocolate Digestives on Saturday and they seem to be different. The biscuit part tastes dryer, as if they are overcooked or less "buttery". I hope this isn't another thing that has been meddled with, I've been eating them for decades and have the waist to prove it and I am sure something has changed.
ETA Unless these are a bad batch, I am going to return them tomorrow and see what the shop have to say.

Wow! That is embarrassing,I have not bought a newspaper in years, obviously I should keep myself better informed. Actually I am quite pleased that I did not imagine the recipe change, I will not be eating any more until McVities revert to the old type. Probably should buy newspapers instead.
