Pretty self explanatory!

I tried one from a book a while ago but it came out too bubbly and bready for my liking

since first trying it a couple of years ago, i use MC's [jamie older?} recipe, albeit with a great big glug of olive oil.

14 grms yeast
18 ounces strong flour
.5 tspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
12 fluid ounces tepid water

what I use makes 2 16 ins bases, then put anything on

can be done in 15 mins or left to rise, generally make one pizza and freeze other dough in a sandwich bag, remember to take out of bag to defrost

I was taught by an Italian grandmother...

...to use packet mix. She said it was as good as her Italian grandmother's pizza dough, which must make it pretty damn good. smile
