So tonight I have made this recipe for the second time in two weeks, Salmon with asparagus and lime:

Its an Asian dish with Salmon (Its good for you!), it has a sweetness (Coriander and brown sugar), spice (chillis) and is lovely! I just thought that it would be a good idea to post links to your favourite recipes so other PH'ers could follow them.

As, I'm sure, most of us are good at following instructions (Haynes Manuals mostly!) that we should be good at cooking with a recipe. Follow this one and you're in for a treat.
