Something a lttle different by way of selecting your menu

left hand page
choose 3 courses, 6 or 8 courses

right hand page, a list of ingredients, eg, Foie Gras, Suckling Pig, Cod, etc etc etc
must be 20 ingredients

you either selcet items you do or dont like, they make your menu, based on what you either
have or have not selected

so you actually have no idea what your getting till it arrives.

very clever, lovely service, beautiful food

So it's a posh version of "Ready, Steady, Cook"?

Haven't been for some time - don't live/work in London but will have to try it again. Used to go to his place in Ludlow (now La Becasse - also worth a visit) which I prefered tbh - less corporate but food great either way. At Ludlow he used to do a 9 course surprise taster menu but would often lose count of how many courses he'd done and you'd get 11 or 12! Suspect he's more organised these days..
