I was just thinking am I the only person who snacks before bed , nono I know that it is the worst time to be eating but I just cant go to sleep without having a slice of toast or a small bowl of cornflakes (saves time in the morning!).

So what say you ? do you have a little something before bed ?

If I'm feeling peckish before I go to bed it's usually toast with Marmite. Either that or a bowl of cereal or a bit of cheese. I always have a cup of tea before I go to bed.

I quite often have something to eat before bed. I work until around midnight most nights so having my dinner after then is not unknown. Bed usually follows quite soon after. In fact i m getting peckish just now. Off to raid the cupboards for a snack I think.

Why all the pre-bed-snack cheese-eaters? I don't understand it.

Mrs Pints does the same. confused

HAS to be cheese on toast! Thick white bread, toasted on on side, turned over, spread with mustard, slice of thick ham and smothered in cheese.....mmmmmmm then grilled to perfection

I don't know why just before bed is considered bad.

I don't listen to any of that malarky, lifes too short to live on mung strictly between 4:30am and 4:56am I say!

Another signing in for Cheese & Biscuits. Something I was introduced to as a child when staying with grandparents.

If I eat before bed I wake up starving the next day.

Not sure if it's a common thing to happen!

I'm rather partial to a mug of soup before bed.

Home-made if I have it, or an Ainsley Harriot cup soup with extra chilli added for warmth (it's blinking cold in my house).
