Help finding a pub

Morning all
A friend has just mentioned a pub to me, which she cant remember the name of, she was told about that is in the south west (cornwall or devon she thinks) that floods at high tide. people have to wear wellies to drink there at high tide.
it sounds awesome, but yeh - googles showing nothing helpful
any help?!

Could be one of quite a few to be honest. The pub on the little beach in Kingsand (East Cornwall) floods at spring tide and low pressure systems and they have sandbags and boards out the front because of it.
There's another one I know round about Looe that also has similar issues, but I'd have to look at the map to find it.
Then there's the Pilchard Inn on Burgh Island in Devon. 12/13th century pub connected to the mainland by a beautiful sandy beach which is cut off by the tide twice a day. The pub itself doesn't flood, but you have to get a sand tractor back across when it's high water(looks like an old steam traction engine, but sits on 6' high rubber tyres and has bench seats for about 20 pax.
There's another one I know round about Looe that also has similar issues, but I'd have to look at the map to find it.
