I've been curious about these for ages now so it's about time i commited and bought one. The question is...were do i get one?

Ooooh - Fresh Ostrich-egg mayonnaise and then a nice lemon meringue!!

... and make sure you cook it for flippin' ages (particularly if you are boiling it.)

And don't they taste a bit leathery anyway? (In the same way as duck eggs taste like pondweed.)
