Leftover sausages?

In my tragically hungover state at 9am this morning (still blootered to be honest), I somewhat overestimated the amount of food needed for cooked breakfasts for 8 hungover people.

I've got 20 cooked sausages in the fridge, any suggestions of an interesting recipe I could use them for?

Just eat them cold

Cut in half lengthways and fry to reheat. They will end up nice and crispy. Make sausage sandwiches with them.

3 tins of beans, 2 tins of chopped tomatoes and some curry powder. Chop the sausages into chunks, mix and reheat.

Add some heavily buttered sliced white bread and beer

Nothing better than cold sausages, athough they are even better if they were originally cooked in the oven.

Best use for cold sausages is just use them as a media for conveying HP sauce to your mouth.Yum Yum.
