T-bone heaven.

Was at the farm shop today... here's tomorrow's dinner, can't wait! The teaspoon is there to show the size of the steak. It's just over 1kg of meaty goodness!

Steak Florentine....lovely. Rock salt, pepper + olive oil. Leave on a high heat for 2 - 3 mins each side. Leave to rest in a warm oven for further 8 mins. Sounds exactly like what I'll be having for xmas dinner.
