First Coffee For Nearly A Week

Stand back I'm going for it!




Used to be a proper caffein-aholic. All day, every day.

Now reduced to one or two - even then the last six weeks, I haven't always felt good after just one.



Is this it for the rest of my days???

I've noticed lately that I don't feel super awesome after afternoon/evening coffess now, still fine on the morning one mind.

Doesn't bother me too much, still enjoy the morning one and I spend far less money on it.

Well - I survived it - but, yes, none of that "super-awesome" feel. That was the one where you could easily tuck away another one after half an hour!


I could do with a nice cup of tea now.......
