I bought some cheese in Sainsbury about 3 or 4 years ago, British, firmish, white, with fresh herbs in, called something like Summersby? I cant find it now.

Was very tatsy.

specialist cheeses that appear now and again, I had the ploughmans one that is mature cheddar and pickled onions and is nice, also tried the one that has chillies in that is also very nice.

Was it Somersby salad cheese? I think it might have just been made for a short time.

Rather off topic, but you seem to have your answer...

Did you spot this one via that linky: click? Sounds a bit odd but I think I'll try to track down a sample.

I'm not sure I'd like it, I generally keep clear of mexicana, chirstmas pudding, marmite and ll the other gimmick cheeses.

A few herbs is about the only addition I like.
