Restaurant in London for Xmas Booze-up, recommendations?

I have just had my long standing booking cancelled and need to find somewhere with these attributes quickly:

1. Private room for 15 - 20 blokes (could get rowdy)
2. Good quality food and wine (reckon on about £100 per head)
3. Bar for drinks beforehand
4. Near a club for carrying on after
5. In SW7, SW5, SW6, etc... area

Any suggestions?
