Dry in first on Panasonics, wet in first on early Brevilles, but changed later IIRC.http://tinyurl.com/c66jf8u

Being as there are online language translators...it beggars the question if there is an online braille conversion tool somewhere? and braille could be a handy skill to learn... just saying

Would be quite laborious to input it though. And how would you input it? If I knew what it said in text then I wouldn't need the translator. 
Try this
Check your breadmaker has a paddle in it. Add water ( usually 330ml) and a prepared shop bought bread mix into the breadmaker ( the packet will have instructions on it) - switch on and it should have the basic loaf button as the default mode. Press start and should take approx 3 hours.
Once you have gained confidence with your first loaf - you can try making it from scratch
