Nothing to do with tivvers, except when I got out of mine today I dropped a bottle of one of my favourite malt whiskies, which I bought today from my local Co-op, smashing it all over the drive – gutted!cry

I phoned the Co-op to ask if they had another bottle as I was stupid enough to drop mine, and I was really looking forward to a wee dram tonight.drink To my surprise, they said “come to the store and we’ll replace it FREE OF CHARGE”.

What? I couldn’t believe it! Absolutely fantastic! Gobsmacked I couldn’t thank them enough. Bet I wouldn’t have got that response from Tesco!

Well done Co-op, I’m a very happy bunny!bouncebounce

Well I'm not sure; as I understand it BOGOF means 'buy one get one free', but BOGOFF is a way of telling someone to 'go forth and multiply'! laugh

Tesco did this for me some years ago, I was using a man trolley, and the back flap opened up halfway across the carpark, lost a bottle of whisky and a few beers, They replaced it quibble free, and a bloke came out to take the trolley away and condem it.
