I'm cooking for 90 at my wedding in August.
Planning on two big batches of 'over the top' chilli (regular and veggie) done prior and reheated on the day, with a metric f
kton of jacket potatoes done in a big cabinet smoker.
Then planning a couple of 5kg kebabs pre made for the rotisserie, both homemade one Doner and one either Kellybab or chicken tikka for later in the day.

It's barely any effort over the day, it'll all be in the prep.
