Photo of your unpretentious food
Discussion
Dinner is back with more pork goodness (garlic, paprika, pepper and balsamic vinegar), brown bread this time though. I ate half before taking the photo so peeled it back for visual enhancement. The other half of the sandwich had a few more shrooms. Consumed, as usual, wandering around the kitchen clearing stuff up:
The good news is that there's several porks left over so lunch and dinner tomorrow is sorted.

Which small European airport do you have the misfortune of taking a Ryanair flight home from?
To be fair, it probably looked slightly better before I ate half of it as some will be thinking about poor portion size. It tasted good though and filled me up which is the main thing you want from food.Super Sonic said:

It helps not being fussy about food.
I don't mean to be critical, I mean if you enjoy it that's the main thing, but the above is hardly a recommendation!I have never complained at a restaurant. I have always been happy to eat anything in the cupboard/fridge, and pair it with anything. e.g. scrambled eggs, tuna with roast beef.
However, I draw the line at most fast food outlets. Too many calories/salt for me. Clearly I'd eat it if desperate but usually I'll wait til I get home and knock up some amazing non buttered sandwiches and save money.
Surely we've all used gaffer tape for a kitchen emergency before? I know I have, to plug a hole in the extractor fan hose....not that it was an emergency but it was nice to be able to do it there and then.
Meals in pots are very versatile and I might start experimenting as an alternative to meat rolls for dinner.
