GBK burger, toasted brioche bun and chips. Looks basic but delish flavour. Burger left to sweat for 5 mins

Frau GenX holed up in bed with a horrible cold, main meal cancelled, raided the store cupboard for a jar of pesto, pasta and Parmesan cheese. Simple, hit the spot.

You don’t need butter if the bread is fresh and what you’re putting on it isn’t saucy

One from the other night. We've seen how good smashed burgers are, so thought we'd try a smashed lasagne.

Then a nap smile

Generally not a fan of burgers; first time making them, beef pattie, lettuce, tomatoes, caramelised onions and Dijon mustard. Nice and juicy and tasty enough, but a bit of a faff and a mess.

Will I make them again, probably not!

They're from House of Tweed so very comfortable and well made dodgy socks.

Take your point on the half a pie tho.

That's because peas are pretentious. They claim to be a vegetable when actually they are just the taste of sadness tongue out

Peas are good for you, you can chase the little buggers around your plate until they give in, or you can squash them to a mushy pulp!

Peas are the king of vegetables, long live the pea.

What is it? I have some of their ready meals from time to time when I get fed up of the limited choice in the Tesco 85p range and feel like splashing out, I just don't recognise this one. Is it one of the ones in a bag?
