What on earth is going on there?
Its a Francesinha - made with bread, wet-cured ham, linguiça, fresh sausage like chipolata, steak or roast meat, and covered with melted cheese and a hot and thick spiced tomato and beer sauce. It is typically served with french fries.48k said:
Alas I was compelled to implement auxiliary beanage due to insufficient sausage dam to the north east and a fear of absorption by the fried bread.

Defeat stolen from the jaws of victory. It's hard to watch, because so much was so right.
Some yummy looking breakfasts and it's nice to see some angular plates as well, maybe us "non-roundies" can start a revolution and show the world (or forum at least) that a full English is so much better on a square plate, its like playing a game of Tetris with sausages and bacon - everything has its place and fits perfectly.
