Couple of burgers done in the Tandoor last night on the patio................





But I left my phone in the kitchen and couldn't be arsed to get it for the money shot

Was going to be a caprese salad and steamed new potatoes,

felt like a roast.
Confit garlic,

adult.

It's a fairly well-trodden path...

Cheese sauce..roux, chilli and cayenne to taste, sharp cheddar, American mustard, marmite and Worcestershire sauce.
