To upset/delight the folks in the Spaghetti Bolognese thread, we’ve just driven Essex -> Germany so Frau GenX did a quick tagliatelle Bolognese. It was delicious.

Cheese sauce..roux, chilli and cayenne to taste, sharp cheddar, American mustard, marmite and Worcestershire sauce.

Glad I'm not the only one that thinks Fallow is absurdly over rated. I left irritated
