I'm not sure if the tip was caused by the taking off B-1 or by the fact that the F-16 passed behind the B-1 that was waiting to line up.

Wonder if the pilot was sitting in the the cockpit rocking from side to side "If I can just get it tipped back no one will notice"

I would!

It's a pilot's version of Mr Bean's Mini vs the Reliant Robin...

That B-1 was just starting to move forward so would have been throttling up.

The OPFOR F-16 in the video made me wonder if this was up at Eielson AFB. Googled around and sure enough.

Here's the funny thing though... Apparently that same F-16 was involved in another similar incident 4 years earlier. The were doing an engine run and it rolled away on its own 400 ft and stopped tipped over in the same exact position!

The one he passes behind, at 20secs in you just see the rear of it starting to move left as the other B-1 is taking off and clearing the runway for it to take up it's position on the runway.

That's what I thought. The blast from the B-1 to the rear of his F-16 rather than the B-1 on the runway was more likely to lift him up .
