If you were familiar with the project of getting XH558 flying then you'd understand that there was no way of getting XL319 flying again. 319 last flew in the early 1980's whereas 558 was the best example left which is why she flew with the RAF until 1993. Even then £15 million was needed to get the thing flying again in 2007 and that was with a hangar full of spares including the last airworthy engines. Basically 319 is past it.Anyway, as for the size... it's about the same size as a Boeing 737.
I'm about half an inch off of 6ft and this is me next to XH558's nose leg
