E2 Hawkeye carrier launch and holding the camera outside...

Have a watch of this video. If you aren't intested scroll to 1:04. The camera then gets passed down the length of the aircraft, what I figure is an E2 Hawkeye. Obviously there is a cut in there, but after the cut, the rear guy then holds the camera backwards as the plane is launched.

For the life of me, I can't work out where the camera is being held though.

There is a hatch just in front of the rear radome strut.
