Phantom 16?

Hi folks, i have recently purchased this Phantom 16 with a 75 Mariner on the back..





Im struggling to find much information about them, I hear they are good boats and were raced although it was more often the larger models.
There isn`t a id/spec plate on her so i dont know the exact age or place of manufacture.
Has anybody had any experience with them or can maybe shed some light on it, also a rough value, the outboard is a 2 stroke triple and is like new.

Hi

I would guess its a mid-70's manufactured boat due to the JPS livery, outboard looks like a mid-late 80's merc. nice engine & smooth.

The boats are popular and i see alot around the south coast (Torquay) generally Phantom 19's

designed mainly for going damn fast
