Trailer tyres/wheel and upholstery material

I need two 145 x 10 (prefer 8 ply) new or nearly new matching tyres for my boat trailer plus need a used 10" mini (101 mm/4" PCD) wheel to use as a spare. Anyone aware of a discount type outlet for the tyres?
Also require some white PVC/vinyl to recover a bench seat in the boat - any suggestions?

Odyssey thanks for the upholstery material lead I'm following this one up. Managed to find a mini wheel (2nd hand) but had to buy 4! I now have 3 spares if anyone needs.
Found a tyre outlet in Nottingham. 8 ply crossplys - 500 x 10 are £28 and 8 ply radials 145 x 10 are £33 plus I have to collect and get fitted. Think I will go for the crossplys unless someone screams at me.
