It looks like you're right. Quick Google search confirms it. Built in the early 1960's and used on commuter trains originally but now in service as 'shunters' with private rail operators.
I know the literal translation of Tågab is Train Limited Company (Tåg meaning Train and AB meaning Aktie Bolag - Swedish for Limited Company). I think a play on words was used though because the company is actually called Tågåkeriet i Bergslagen AB. Translated to 'Train Haulage Company in the Mountain Range/District Limited Company'. No wonder they shortened the name
