They are plastic mock ups for deck handling training IIRC.

The Harriers parked next to the hangars in that image I believe are real - as per the video above I think they're still using them for deck handler training, whilst being non-airworthy they can still be taxied at limited power settings to give experience of noise, jet blast and avtur exhaust fumes to the trainees.https://www.google.com/maps/@50.0877334,-5.2499511...
Fond memories of staying in the accommodation at Culdrose when I was doing a gliding course as a CCF cadet at Predannack many, many years ago.
