What plane is this?

Tineye says the oldest use of that image appears to be from 2013. The aircraft looks like a 737 NG and as it's in Ryanair colours it's most likely a 737-800. The first 737-800 was delivered in 1998 and the last in 2020. The seats appear to have been removed and are sitting to the right, suggesting deep maintenance, perhaps a C check.
