In 1988 (I think) our Air Europe flight home from Izmir in Turkey was severely delayed and so all passengers from 3 flights piled into a Dan Dare which brought us home. It must have been a big one. I thought that was jolly decent of them.
I just looked it up and it was Dan-Air but I'm not changing my cool story.

Pan Am - I have a Pan Am Junior Flyer logbook with an entry in December 1974 when I was 3 months old.
TWA - my parents might be responsible for their demise as the cutlery drawer is full of TWA cutlery.
Sterling, which I used to use regularly when I was working in Denmark.
Hoverspeed - Does that count? Hovering is a form of flying after all!
