running roughy west to east a line of maybe 30 lights moving across the sky in a straight line at regular intervals, Starlink?

I would think so. I saw it a week or two ago, like watching the ISS go over but a row of about 30 of them. Closely spaced when I saw them, apparently they spread out over time.

Also saw that, stood out like a sore thumb as I went to the garage and forgot to look up what i had just seen!

Definately Starlink. It's quite common to see a train of them in the sky while they position themselves.

Launches are pretty common now. They have just gone past the 5000 mark (target is 40000!) and now outnumber all other active satelites put together.

We saw a line of them last night over Cambridge at about 630pm.

Was quite impressive to see them keep appearing on an identical track.
