I’m in Coniston for a jolly, and haven’t kept up with the saga. I know previous threads have been closed, hopefully this one can keep to the facts.

It does sadden me that the museum still has not seen the return of K7, after so many people, myself included, have donated funds so the boat could be seen in public again.

A factual rather than speculative update would be of interest.

Is the craft now in a million pieces of original and new parts?

Is there any dialogue going on?

Is anything going on?

I have learned precisely nothing from all the long winded and acrimonious threads that have arisen on this topic - and been shut down by the mods.

I am absolutely sure this thread will end up the same way.
