Rail strike 18 March 23 - TfL/Elizabeth line

I'm probably a duffer for not being able to work it out, but after reading any number of websites and news pages, I am not 100% sure whether the Elizabeth Line is running during strikes on 18th March. The tube, and TfL in general, is unaffected (I think), but I am not sure whether the EL is in that bucket.

Trying to get to London on Saturday. Can anyone clear it up for me? Thanks.
