Anyone fancy a punt?

What happens if you put this in a Dragster and ignore the "Static display only" licensing?

Look at the vendors feedback. Sure enough, they are all Concorde items.....

...mostly plates hehe

£678,000 is a bit of a step up!

A £678000 pile of ugly scrap, though it could turn a profit if broken completely down and each part mounted on a wooden plinth.

A conventional dragster will beat you off the line, but then one of two things will happen. Either you'll catch up and overtake, or blow up...

It's been for sale for years, it's been in my watched items for virtually as long as I can remember.

They randomly added about 150k to the price a couple of years ago.

Good luck, I offered £500 and it was rejected unfortunately. :-)

Not sure on the power output but Thrust had two I think 28000 lb thrust Spey's so to make this quick it would need to be a very small dragster!"

And for the asking price, it would probably take you a lifetime of match races and exhibitions to make that back!

Most dragsters use home made afterburners added to helicopter engines.

I must have been watching it for as long as you, then!

The price increase thing is odd. When I list something on eBay that doesn't sell, I then reduce the price, not increase it. Have I been doing it wrongly all these years?
