What's this Catamaran?
Discussion
I spotted this in Lanzarote, where it has been on a mooring buoy next to Puerto de Playa Blanca. I was there for a diving trip, and it my OH and a mate who sail had commented on how unusual it was. From the shore with the naked eye, we could see it was a catamaran with different size hulls. There is a cabin on one hull, and two masts on the other. The booms pointed towards each other.
My OH and I hired a kayak on one of the last days and had a closer look. The masts are unstayed, and the booms appeared fixed to them. The mast appears to be mounted on a drum, and I guess there is a hydraulic motor that allows the whole thing to turn and set the angle of the boom. It looked like the aft mast had been rotated to bring the booms together, where they appeared to be lashed up. The hull looked a pretty unloved.
Can anybody recognise it, and tell me anything more about it?

That's 'Kleen Breeze' - a Harryproa design. I saw it in Arrecife marina back in March.

Thanks for that, Boatbuoy.
I was quite surprised to learn she was only launched in 2017. When we paddled past her, she looked to be in quite a sorry state (although I realise an unloved boat will do fairly quickly). There was also a large section of damage to the paint on one of the hulls, which suggested she had been patched.
I found this: https://forums.sailinganarchy.com/threads/kleen-br...
It seems the original owner sold her, and the new owner appears to have been lost overboard in Portugal, with his body never recovered. Somebody was going to view it with an intention of buying it, but there were legal complications around transferring title of the boat to his widow.
She was eventually bought by an expat American and was in a collision with container ship MV Romane off Tenerife, which would explain the damage I observed.

I helped sail a 45ft catamaran in the round the Isle of Wight race a few years back. There was almost no wind and we had a heck of a job going about as we turned South at the Needles. It was like having a tank with tracks that would only go at the same speed as each other.
A proa would have been ideal in that instance.
There's a bit more about Harryproa sailing here in this Youtube video, and the second comment sounds like its from Kleen Breeze's current owner.
