Private boat charter in Europe, +/- 40 people

A large group of us are considering chartering a boat for a private party- a Douro or Rhine cruise or something similar for three or four days would be ideal. Google doesn't bring up anything immediately, has anyone done something similar and if so do you have any leads or suggestions please ?
