I bet Ryanair are already trying to order them.

The pile of odd timber at the other side of the display doesn't exactly inspire confidence!
What looks like a merchantable idea has loads of problems. What about the windows? How about cleaning or changing to cargo configuration?
What happens to the row in front and behind these? Looks close enough for 'portly' people to actually get stuck in there.
Save it 'til next April 1st I think.

The designer, Nunez said: "My purpose here is to change the economy class seats for the better of humanity, or for all the people that cannot afford to pay for more expensive tickets," he says."
His design makes economy seats worse for humanity and people can afford to fly because it's so cheap - ften cheaper than trains. I was watching a YouTube video of someone flying Edinburgh to Billund, Denmark, to Turin and back to Edinburgh for £21!
So a solution to a problem that does not exist.

The upper level seats appear to have even less legroom than normal, unless the passengers put their feet on top of the headrest in front (and with certain budget airlines' passengers that is bound to happen!).

And the total height seems to rule out the fitting of overhead lockers. The inward curvature of the cabin sides makes it look like seats A and F at high level would be pretty cramped, if they could fit in at all.

So no overhead lockers and no underseat storage for the high level seats.
