I'm not an avid watcher of Flight Radar, so apologies if this is normal. However not noticed it before.

Just as I was heading to bed last night, a low flying jet went over the house, which would be odd even under more normal conditions. Jumped on Flight Radar not expecting to see anything if it was a military plane. But it showed a plane going from Leipzig Germany to Cologne Germany. Yet it was flying over central Bedfordshire:

Watching it for a bit, it actually landed at Luton airport:

Is this kind of data anomaly normal?

The destination was likely incorrect.

Also spotted a lonesome drone being flown out over the Channel.

Why would this come 300 miles from Mildenhall and do this? We do have army exercises in the Galloway Forest would they be parachuting?

There’s a NOTAM activating the danger area but nothing for parachuting. So it will be an exercise in Kirkcudbright.

It went further out to the North Channel s of Kintyre. Not sure KBT is relevant to this one. There's a lot of activity at the ranges there just now. Thanks though.
