Helicopter hovering around our estate

Just now above our house, According to flight radar G-olcp Airbus AS355
It’s hovering around quite low but the interesting thing is that it had a large rectangle white box the full length of its undercarriage
That was full of different cameras pointing to the ground.
What do we think it was up to ? hired by google or some Kind of mapping any ideas ?

Thanks For that it might be to do with the woodland behind our house that isn’t very big and has 2 access points, perhaps as no residents wanted to buy it recently to extend there garden perhaps it will become a building sight soon,
and to answer the above question I currently have 2 estates a Saab 9-5 and a slightly ropey bmw
